NOTE:

• We need Guest Name, Arrival & Departure details to process your booking.
• The above quote is valid for 15 days from the date of quotation. Kindly send your conformation within the time limit or else the quoted rates may vary.
• The above mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.
• Itinerary might be re-arranged as per hotel availability at the time of booking.
• In case of land slide or any reason Changu Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing and there will be no refunds. But if the permit is given then the vehicle will go till snowline and there will be no refunds in this case. 
• After issue of permit for restricted areas i.e. Changu Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) if the guest is unable to cover all the places due to weather conditions or road conditions, extra sightseeing won’t be provided in replace to that. 
• In Gangtok vehicles such as Tata Sumo, Bolero etc., are not allowed in city after 8:00 am in the morning till 7:00 pm at night. Guest need to take local taxi such as Alto, Wagon R from Deorali Stand and the local transit fare must be paid directly by the guest.
• Since Foreign Nationals require special permit known as INNER LINE PERMIT to enter Sikkim and which has to be taken by them at the border (Rangpo / Melli). The issue of permit is must in order to visit Sikkim and explore various part of it.
• Foreigner need to hire one tourism authorized Tour Guide with extra cost of Rs. 1500/- per day.
• AC of vehicles will only operate in plains & not in hilly area.

• LUXURY Xylo / Innova / Scorpio (6  Seater)
• REGULAR Tata Sumo / Maxx (8 seater comfortably or max upto 10 person)
• SMALL Wagon-R / Alto (4 Seater)

For Passes & Permits:

• 4 copies PP size photo of each member travelling.
• 2 photo copies of ID of each member travelling (Driving License / Voter  ID / Passport  only  accepted) (Adhar  Card  and  Pan  Card  not  accepted).
• Guest can send us the documents and photos via mail in case of emergency but in that case they will be charged Rs 100/- per person.

Child Policy:

• Up to 5 years complimentary without extra bed.
• 6 to 12 years charged as per child policy.
• Above 12 years charged as Extra Adults (with /without extra bed).

Cancellation Policy:

• Any confirmed package / booking cancellation will attract Rs 2000/- as a administrative charges.
• Any confirmed package / booking cancelled within 0-7 days before arrival date will attract 100% of the total package amount as retention charges.
• Any confirmed package / booking cancelled within 7-15 days before arrival date will attract 50% of the total package amount as retention charges.
• Any confirmed package / booking cancelled within 15-30 days will attract 25% of the total package amount as retention charges.
